The Sundial House Group and (The International) Group for Creative Meditation is a non-political, non-religious and not-for-profit association. The purpose of which is to advance spiritual growth and a spiritual orientation in a materialistic world through education in the natural Laws and Principles of everyday living.
Everything is spiritual which tends towards understanding, towards kindness, towards that which is productive of beauty and which can lead man on to a fuller expression of his divine potentialities." Quote by Djwhal Khul (The Tibetan)
The Meditation Centre is based near Battle, East Sussex, which is easily accessable from Europe, London and the Southern Counties for those wishing to take part in Workshops, Talks and Study Intensives.
An established and highly regarded Correspondence Training Course in esoteric philosophy, service and creative group meditation is offered world wide.
Dr. Roberto Assagioli is one of the giants in the realm of psychology and consciousness expansion. His most famous contribution to human understanding is psychosynthesis, a comprehensive approach to self realisation, which combines a convincing theory of human psychology with practical techniques to achieve one's full potential (www.psychosynthesis.edu, www.psychosynthesis.net.nz, www.psicosintesi.it).
New release - Spiritual Papers on the Laws and Principles of Everyday Living written by Roberto Assagiol as part of the Group for Creative Meditation study materials. Samples of these study papers will be posted on the Laws & Principles page to visit click here.
Another of his lesser known contributions was the setting up of an International Group for Creative Meditation in the 1950's which was achieved with the collaboration of his two colleagues Michal J Eastcott and Nancy Magor all three were students of the Arcane School (www.lucistrust.org). The Group for Creative Meditation which is a world service activity, started by these co-workers is still available and managed by the present Sundial House Group representatives whose centre is located in Sedlescombe East Sussex.
Meditation is an outstanding creative process of indefinable power that makes it a potent act of service. This group can be understood as a field of consicousness. Everything in our world has originated in the forming fields of thought and as such creative group meditation on these great themes can contribute greatly to laying the needed spiritual foundations for the future civilisation.
