Meditation is an ancient spiritual and transformative discipline. Meditation can be understood simply as an innate ability to ponder, consider and reflect. However, it can also be considered as a routine that enables the personal ‘I’ consciousness within the personality to come into a growing relationship with the Higher Self, the Soul. The Soul can be regarded as an evolving consciousness that is available to us as a resource as we engage with living life. We all know that we learn by doing and it is the process of learning that accumulates our own personal and unique store of wisdom.
Roberto Assagioli working with an international team of co-workers put together a three-part correspondence course known as the Training Course in Creative Meditation. This training course promotes personal and spiritual transformational growth and development. The Sundial House Group for Creative Meditation continues to offer this highly regarded programme.
There are three courses:
Course One: contains six study sets which clarify the themes studied in the Laws and Principles of Everyday Living that foster right relations and goodwill. This first course offers practical training in Concentration, Reflective and Receptive Meditation, Visualisation, Invocation, Radiation and Blessing.
Course Two: Follows the same routine as in the first course, but also works with various aspects of Training Soul Awareness and Positive Thinking.
Course Three: examines the obstacles on the path of spiritual progress within the framework of the seven psychological types. Techniques are suggested for dissipation and/or transformation of problems, personal and planetary.
Each new course begins on 21 December. To register interest Contact Us. Applications are received throughout the year. A charge is made for this training course.
